In Depth Coaching & Development is a woman-owned collective of seasoned Executive Coaches & Leadership Development practitioners who also self-identify as wisdom sleuths and spiritual seekers. We are passionate about merging the practicalities of life and business with the mysteries of humanity, because both exist in the real world. 

After building our careers in the corporate world developing leaders in Fortune 50 companies, we launched out and designed our own destiny developing people and teams in the ways we most believe in. Collectively, we’ve worked with thousands of leaders on five continents in dozens of organizations from multiple industries.
